Allyn was a young half-elven bard and con man, an associate of someone named Kerr. Not long ago, Kerr sent him a somewhat cryptic letter along with a map and specific instructions as to how to proceed: Allyn’s letter.

Apparently, before Allyn could conduct his business and assemble an adventuring party as instructed, he ran afoul of a local named Ebb Stump and was killed in a brawl.
